• A Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field. 
  
• 4+ years of experience in an academic-administrative role (Principal, Assistant Principal, Curriculum Coordinator or Head of Department). 
  
• Fluency in English (required); Spanish proficiency is a strong asset. 
  
• Strong academic and administrative management skills.
